Course Overview
Teacher well-being is directly connected to student success, classroom climate and institutional health. In increasingly demanding educational environments, educators need practical tools to manage stress, build resilience and foster emotionally supportive learning spaces.
This 5-day professional development course supports educators in strengthening their own mental well-being while developing strategies to create positive, emotionally intelligent school environments.
The programme combines mindfulness practices, emotional literacy, movement-based approaches and creative expression to promote sustainable well-being in education.
