Timetable

Courses are generally delivered during the morning hours. However, the exact timetable may vary depending on trainer availability and organisational requirements.

The confirmed daily schedule will be communicated to participants no later than two weeks prior to their arrival in Seville.

The Erasmus Institute of Seville reserves the right to introduce minor adjustments to the timetable or course content when necessary to ensure academic quality, organisational efficiency and optimal learning conditions.

Course Fees

The participation fee for a standard 5-day course is 400 per participant.

For courses exceeding five days (7-day or 10-day formats), an additional 80 per participant per extra day will apply.

Accommodation is not included in the course fee.

However, The Erasmus Institute of Seville offers a comprehensive 360° support service, through which we can manage the entire accommodation process on behalf of participants.

Participants must attend at least 80% of the scheduled sessions in order to obtain:

Cultural Component

Each Erasmus+ course includes a guided cultural walking tour as part of the structured programme. This activity enhances intercultural awareness and strengthens the European dimension of the mobility experience.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum Number of Participants

Each course requires a minimum of three participants in order to be confirmed.

In the unlikely event that the minimum number is not reached, participants will be offered the opportunity to enrol in an alternative course taking place on the same dates.

The national flag displayed alongside each course indicates the language in which the programme is delivered.
